pricing depends on factors like whether it is indian or italian marble, condition of the floor, desired level of glossiness, cracks etc. Usually the price ranges from Rs.10 to Rs.50 per sft.
Floor surface tend to fade over years due to wear & tear and footfall. To restore that activities like honing, polishing, crack filling, stain removing etc. are required to restore the original look
Diamond pads are studded with diamond powder to cut the floor more effectively and they are used from highly abrasive ones to low abrasive ones to get that fine finish. They range grits from 0 to 6000. Number of grits used depends on the condition of the floor.
A high footfall area requires a more frequent maintenance schedule. Similarly the color of the marble, usage of the area for ex: Cafeteria etc., are some of the factors which determine the frequency of maintenance. However residences can choose a yearly/bi-yearly schedule.
Using special adhesives cracks will be filled followed by honing & polishing to restore its original look.
